Midea provides professional after-sales support across New Zealand for all JH products. Our services include warranty repairs, non-warranty repairs, and genuine spare parts for purchase.
1. Warranty Repairs
All warranty repairs must be authorized by JH Appliance and carried out by authorized service agents. Selected products come with up to 5 years warranty coverage.
Under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993, you are entitled to:
A replacement or refund for major failures
Repair or replacement if the product is not of acceptable quality but the failure is not major.
To request warranty service, please provide:
1.Proof of purchase (receipt/invoice from retail store)
2.Appliance serial number
3.Your contact details, model number, and description of the fault
